Microsoft Azure. Compute, storage, database, networking, key management, identity and observability. All EliAI infrastructure runs here. Regions are configured per deployment and named in the customer agreement.

That is the list. EliAI does not send data to an analytics vendor, an advertising network, a support tool or a third-party AI API on any production path, and no foundation model is called outside the platform boundary.

This site

eligrid.ai is a static export served from Azure Static Web Apps. It loads no third-party script, embeds no tracker, sets no analytics cookie and carries no advertising pixel. Nothing you do on this site is reported to anyone else.

It has exactly one endpoint: the contact form posts to a managed function which relays your message by email and stores it nowhere. There is no database behind this site and no record of the submission outside the mailbox it was sent to. Mail leaves through Azure Communication Services from a sender on this domain, authenticated by the site’s own managed identity — there is no third-party form or email provider in the path.

Changes

Customers under an executed agreement are notified before a new subprocessor is added to a production path, on the notice period that agreement specifies.
