The Agentic Finance OS
Capital moves on evidence.
Eli is the Digital Employee for finance. EliAI is the operating system he runs on — a desk of reasoning specialists that reads the whole file, sources every number it produces, and refuses to price what the evidence will not carry.
The class
One Digital Employee. Every place money meets evidence.
Most financial decisions are not arithmetic problems. They are reading problems. Somebody has to open a file, understand what is in it, work out what it is worth, and decide whether the claim on a future payment is one worth buying. The arithmetic is the last five minutes of a week.
Eli is built for that week. Wherever capital is committed against evidence — an illiquid claim, a contested obligation, a document-heavy file whose value turns on facts nobody at the desk is qualified to read — Eli reads it, with specialists, with citations, and with the discipline to say when he cannot tell.
EliAI is the class of operating systems built on him. Each edition takes one practice area of finance and gives it the whole apparatus: the reasoning, the evidence trail, the controls, and the ledger underneath. Medical receivables finance is the first, and it was chosen because it is the hardest.
The reasoning desk
Four specialists read every file. Nobody averages them.
No single discipline can value a contested claim. The medicine says whether the treatment was defensible. The law says whether the security is enforceable and who is on the other side. The counterparty side says how they behave when it is time to pay. Finance says what that is worth today. Four readings, composed by Eve, with every conclusion attributable to the Digital Employee that reached it.
Medicine
Chiron
Is the treatment defensible and are the charges collectable as billed?
Law
Justine
Is the security enforceable, and who is prosecuting the matter?
The counterparty
Issac
Who pays this, how do they behave, and is there room under the policy?
Capital
Eli
What is it worth today, when does it pay, and does it fit the book?
When they disagree, the disagreement is named and both sides are attributed — and it widens the band rather than being averaged away. Two specialists at opposite extremes and four agreeing on neutral produce the same midpoint. They must never produce the same confidence.
Editions
Each edition takes one practice area of finance.
The reasoning, the evidence trail, the controls and the ledger are the operating system. An edition is the practice area it is pointed at.
How it works
Eight things that are true of every edition.
Every one of these is demonstrable in the product, not a description of an intention.
A desk of specialists, not a model
Four Digital Employees with owned axes, composed by a fifth that may not introduce a finding of its own.
No number without the retrieval that produced it
Every figure carries a citation to the comparable it came from. Uncited digits are quarantined.
It refuses to price what the evidence will not carry
A thin cohort produces a range and no price. Refusing is a feature, and it is enforced in the schema.
The controls are in the ledger, not in the process
Money cannot leave before the claim is enforceable. Evidence cannot arrive before permission does.
Every decision is reconstructable, not merely retrievable
Retrievable means we can show you what we saved. Reconstructable means you can re-derive it.
The book marks itself
Every event re-values the position. Status is verified continuously, across four channels.
What they told you, beside what their own data supports
A counterparty’s stated collection rate is the seller’s estimate of the thing being priced.
Deletion, inside a ledger that cannot be edited
An append-only spine and a real erasure obligation are not usually compatible. Here they are.
Bring Eli the file.
If your desk commits capital against evidence somebody has to read, there is an edition shape for it. Tell us what you underwrite and we will show you a worked valuation on your own kind of matter.
